Hello Sonia! Can you tell us a bit about you and Sonia Estep Designs?

I started sewing garments because I wanted a very specific raglan. I searched and searched and couldn’t find it. Long story short, during that search I found the wonderful world of PDF patterns. It was like a rabbit hole that I fell down. Before I knew it, I was making my own clothes.

After that I knew that I wanted to create my own designs. I want to be able to offer patterns that are fashionable and flattering on all sizes. We all deserve to feel fabulous. 

[The] Rebekah [top, jumper and dress] came to life because I wanted to make a big chunky drop shoulder sweater dress. It evolved a bit from my original idea, but I couldn’t love it more. The options make it fun to dress up or down so it’s truly been one of my most sewn and worn patterns.
