Hello Sheona! Can you tell us a bit about you and Sewisfaction?

I’ve sewn since I was a small child, my beloved nan was a seamstress and started me young. About six years ago I started dressmaking again and fell in love with the indie sewing scene.

Sewisfaction was set up nearly three years ago, predominately as I want to spread the joy of sewing as far as possible! I really do believe that sewing is a superpower and that anyone can unleash it.

We teach classes and workshops for adults and children as young as eight and it never gets old seeing people learning new skills and enjoying themselves. Next year we’re expanding our space to we can teach even more people and source even more fabric goodness!
