Hello Agnieszka! Can you tell us a bit about you and Buffin’s Vintage Buttons?

Hi, My name is Agnieszka and my friends call me Aga. I came to the UK 16 years ago and since then I’ve been in London.

The buttons are originally the life’s work of one man, Roger Buffin. These extraordinary buttons were lovingly amassed during his fifty year career as a ‘negotiating traveler’ in France from the 1930’s onwards. He was supplying great Paris couture houses such as Chanel. All his buttons were produced for him by the manufacturer. At that time, buttons were released by craftsmen. They were either handmade or transformed.
