Hello Katie! Can you tell us a bit about you and Sew Sew Sew?

I’m Katie and I run Sew Sew Sew, an online dressmaking fabric store. A few years ago I was getting frustrated by the lack of dressmaking fabric shops near to where I live in North Yorkshire. This, combined with my love of sewing (and of stroking fabric – something only another sewer would understand!), made me decide to set up my own online shop.

It is true what they say about buying from a small business. I really do get excited by every order! And thanks to the wonderful world of Instagram and social media I then get to see the lovely garments my customers make using my fabrics.
